How To Restore Youtube Music Downloads

YT music downloads disappeared

Android.

How-do-you-do guys,

Had over 800 songs or and then YT Music, uninstalled the YouTube app (not Music), open up up Music and all my downloads are gone. It seems like they used some botched mode of doing things.

Anyhow to recover my songs? Have no history either. Google/YT are notoriously difficult to contact besides...

Am I doomed, take the L and move on?

Nosotros all know YTM = YT just I wouldn't accept thought that the telephone apps would share the same offline storage such that this would happen. Very dumb.

But if your YTM downloads are gone, they're gone. Nothing you lot can do about that only download them all again.

Luckily, I screen recorded them earlier I got my new phone. Just lost loads of new findings. Oh well! They'll come back to me. ; )

Try going to the library section and pull down to refresh. I had this (or a very similar) issue last week where YTM only outright didn't requite me a tab for Downloads, and refreshing information technology fixed it.

This simply happened to me today on my iPhone 7 Plus. All of my downloads are gone and simply my offline mixtape remains.

But happened to me today. Some weird notice that my downloads would load every night via wifi, I striking no thanks and at present all only 10 or then albums are gone. Not good YouTube.

YT music seems very "glitchy". I'm actually thinking of cancelling it. I lose besides many of my downloads. I have subscribed to it, and then I can practice some offline listening BUT if the downloads go missing, than what's the point?

Simply happened to me today too!! I am furious. In my storage settings information technology shows YT music every bit one of the largest users of storage just all the songs are simply gone and then.....how is the storage still the same??!! I've been annoyed with YT Music ever since it took over Google Play because the user interface is so absurd and it's especially useless if you are offline as I often am. I like the large library only that'southward the simply thing that keeps me on this app.
